Delivery Information

We always aim to send your order out as soon as possible. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt however during busy periods such as sale this may take a little longer.

Our standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £60 (excluding sale period) and varies internationally. All deliveries require a signature. Please see below for further details.

UK Delivery

Our Standard UK Delivery is FREE over £60 (excluding sale period) or £3.98 for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and takes between 3-5 working days.

Express Delivery is £7.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery and takes 2 working days (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Our Same Day Courier service is £20 and your goods will arrive the same day the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 3.30pm. This is only available for London postcodes, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please give us a call once you have placed your order if you have chosen this delivery option.

Please note that all delivery methods require a signature on receipt. If you are out when the Royal Mail deliver your parcel, they should leave you a ‘Something for you’ card to collect the parcel from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery. In order to collect your parcel from the sorting office you need to take proof of address with you. There are times when these cards are misplaced or not left at all, these items are often at local sorting office or are being held by a neighbour or colleague, if possible please check first before contacting us.

International Delivery

Lola Rose ship internationally, simply select your country from the dropdown menu at the checkout. The Shipping rates are below. All of our orders are shipped using a signed for service.

Europe – Royal Mail International  £9.95 or €13 (5-7 working days)

Rest of World – Royal Mail International  £14.95 or $15  (7-10 working days)

Returns and Exchanges 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 28 days from receipt of goods , this includes sale items. Please ensure you return items in their original packaging with all labels present. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour or size. Please note, for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund this will be for the the value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.

All items must be returned with full packaging and labels and must be in fully resaleable conditions.  We may refuse returns where this is not the case.

To return an item for refund or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1.  Complete the returns form included within your order, clearly printing your name, order number and details of items to be returned or exchanged.

2.  Address your return to:  Returns, LRDC, 6 Pembroke Buildings, Cumberland Park, Scrubs Lane, London, NW10 6RE .

3.  We recommend you use a posting service that provides a proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

Once we have processed your return or exchange you will receive a confirmation email.  Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 2-3 days for any refund to appear in your account. Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.

International Returns

All items must be returned with full packaging and labels and must be in fully resaleable conditions.  We may refuse returns where this is not the case.

It is important to ensure that you state you are ‘returning to seller’ in the reason for export field on your postage label.

Lola Rose cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without a completed Exchange/Returns Form or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international returns.
