Returns & Exchanges 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 28 days from receipt of goods , this includes sale items. Please ensure you return items in their original packaging with all labels present. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour or size. Please note, for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund this will be for the the value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.

All items must be returned with full packaging and labels and must be in fully resaleable conditions.  We may refuse returns where this is not the case.

To return an item for refund or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Complete the returns form included within your order, clearly printing your name, order number and details of items to be returned or exchanged.

Address your return to:  Returns, LRDC, 6 Pembroke Buildings, Cumberland Park, Scrubs Lane, London, NW10 6RE .

We recommend you use a posting service that provides a proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

Once we have processed your return or exchange you will receive a confirmation email.  Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 2-3 days for any refund to appear in your account. Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.

International Returns

It is important to ensure that you state you are ‘returning to seller’ in the reason for export field on your postage label.

Lola Rose cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without a completed Exchange/Returns Form or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international returns.
