  • We ship using various carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD.
  • If an item is sent via Royal Mail, at the point of international transit, the item cannot be tracked using the Royal Mail Track and Trace and is the responsibility of the local or national postal service.
  • Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLING/ AMENDING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, we are unable to change or amend it as it will have already gone through to our warehouse for processing. If you have changed your mind about your order, then we ask that you contact us when you have received the order to say you would like to cancel it in line with the Consumer Contract for Distance Selling. We will provide you with a freepost label to return to us.

Changes to VAT for EU Orders from 1st January 2021

Please note that import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping to EU countries from 1st January 2021. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. For all orders to EU countries, UK VAT will be deducted at checkout.

Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply. If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they’re aware that they’ll need to cover this before you order.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country if necessary.

Due to concerns over these charges, we may make the difficult decision to no longer ship to certain countries

 

General Delivery Information

Please note. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, standard UK shipping is currently taking 3-10 working days to arrive.

Additionally, Royal Mail has removed the required signature element of our shipping for health and safety reasons therefore any parcels arriving in the next few weeks will not require a signature on arrival. Please check back here for any updates to this ongoing and developing situation.

  • We always aim to send your order out as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, however during busy periods, such as Sale, this may take a little longer.
  • Delivery times are for in-stock products only. Any pre-order items will state their individual delivery times on the product page.
  • If you are out when Royal Mail attempt to deliver your parcel, they should leave you a ‘Something for You’ card to collect the parcel from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery.
  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays and any Public Holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
